Do u really know ??
>> Ronald Rumsfeld -- minister of defense in USA
-- who had one of the loudest
voices for the war on Iraq , have had a very warm relation with Saddam's regime
years ago ...
This relationship based on shared points : to continue the war against Iran 1980
- 1988 , shared enmity toward Iran and Syria , and the ways to get the oil
>> In February 1982 the State Department removed Iraq from its list of states
supporting international terrorism. (It had been included several years earlier
because of ties with several Palestinian groups .
>> By the summer of 1983 Iran had been reporting Iraqi use of using chemical
weapons for some time. The
Geneva protocol requires that the international
community respond to chemical warfare, but a diplomatically isolated Iran
received only a muted response to its complaints .
Rumsfeld - at that time - made no reference to chemical weapons, according to detailed notes on
the meeting .
>> Many ways of supporting Saddam's regime include < the export of U.S. military
equipment to Iraq > and many others illustrated in this link .
>> After all the crimes which Saddam's regime did against iraq people < arab and kuds
.. >.... Simply, Rumsfeld and Bush Sr. Refused UN Resolution To Investigate Iraq
For Human Rights Abuses 1989
>> Iraqi people gave a very big number of martyreds and prisoners in the defense
against the oppression and unjustice of Saddam's regime .... Mass graves and prisons
discovered every day make the clue ....
>> Another example of crimes .... If a member of a fimily was condemned and
killed , this form a cause to capture and kill other members include < the
father , brother , cousine .. even the son , mother and the sister .. >,
families in iraq have lost at least 3 - 4 members in the name of enmity against
Saddame.
>> Nowadays , after the fall of Saddam's regime .. most of people do not
remember the great defense of iraqi people against the invasion of coalition
troops .
>> This defense exposed by iraqi army which formed by iraqi people , in the
south of iraq although this region was named as < punished regions > and they
were really punished - because of the uprise 1991 . But the very
important point forgotten by many of us is that this defense is for the seek of
iraq land , not for Saddam presence .
>> Groups in Iraq named as " Saddam's Fidaeyeen " were composed
of iraqi's controlled by sadam regime and some arab members especialy
palestinians ,
these groups were armed and trained to defense Saddam's regime .
As Saddam's regime targeted its force against iraqi people , these groups were
as a tool to do this.
and when the groups of Mujahedeen which came from several arab countries to
defense iraq land and people , they were put in the control of Fidaeyeen groups
..
after Baghdad was occupied by american troops , iraqi people shot against
Mujahedeen undistinguished from Fydaeyeen .....
attacks against Mujahedeen were covered widely by media , < why did iraqi's
shoot them !! ?? > , so this was a part of the whole picture ....
>> After the fall of Saddam , iraqi people drove away arab familys < most of
them were palestinians >....... There is many reasones , one of them is
houses inhabited by these familys belong to iraqi familys , but Saddam drove them way
and gave houses to others ..
So it was way to retake their own houses .. Some one says < What is the fault of
palistinian ... !!! > it is right , but in the same time < What is the fault of
iraqui..!!! >
in this horrible situation in Iraq ,
>> Nowadays , when someone hear about iraqi opposition , he may think about its
relation with america or other sides ...
But we must know that this opposition formed since 1968 when the revolution of
17 july took place and brought Saddam to the leadership of iraq ...
and another point , this revolution based on the name of Baath party , although
Sadam has lost his membership in Baath sinse ---- by a decision of ------- in
damascus ..
>> Ahmad al-Chalabi came to international attention not for his politics, but
for fleeing to London from Jordan in 1989 amid allegations he had embezzled
millions from the bank he used to own. He didn't return to Jordan to defend
himself at his trial in 1992, which took place in his absence, and will begin
his 32 years in prison only if he returns to Jordan, which he shows no sign of
doing at present.
>> The long-time face of the Iraqi opposition in Washington, Chalabi took the
reins of the Iraqi National Congress (INC), an umbrella organisation created in
1992 with the assistance of the CIA .
>> friday 25/4 , they announced that they have tareq aziz captured by US troops
in iraq ......
its not the point , while they are talking about him and his role in Saddam
regime , they showed us his house attacked by thiefs and destroyed inside it
.....
the point is , they showed on of the thiefs tearing the photo of Aziz , this guy
with the hat , laughing in front of the camera , has a face could not be
forgotten ,
i saw this guy as a soldiers in the force leaded by al-Chalabi - FIF -, guarding
the safety of people .....
>> Mashaan Al-jabouri in mosoul : a very active member in Saddams regime , iraqi
people says " his hands diffuse the odor of the iraqi youngers blood ... they do
not accept seeing him in the leadership
>> In the revolution of 1991 , iraqi people succeeded to have most of Baghdad.
Even so , there was no accident of burning and destroying public buildings .
